Our organisations promote suppression and resilience, not self-awareness and healthy boundaries
And we wonder why we feel disconnected?
You can’t build belonging inside systems that demand people abandon themselves. Not when humanity still has work to do to temper the feelings of 'not enough', to break the neural pathways that believes achievement and success = love.
You can’t lead from integrity while outsourcing your self-worth to KPIs. You can’t create safety in a culture built on fear.
We’ve become so good at human doing, we’ve forgotten how to be human.
And now?
The nervous system of the entire planet is screaming.
This isn’t just about “better leadership.” (It never was.) It’s about dismantling the lie that your value is in how much you can carry, fix, hide, or sacrifice.
Because what the world needs now isn’t more high-functioning shells.
It needs space for people to breathe. For people to heal. And for people to stop believing and fearing that slowing down means falling apart.
