Breathwork and Bodywork
Reclaim Your Breath. Reclaim Your Life-Force.
A trauma-informed, body-led practice that restores safety, vitality, and truth through breath, movement, and embodied presence
The Invitation
COMING SOON - FEBRUARY 2026
Fortnightly Group Sessions - Saturday 09:00-10:30
Sometimes we soften to make others comfortable. Sometimes we shrink. Sometimes we hold back breath. Every time we go against our body - or go against the essence of who we are - we contract.
For years, I softened my own needs to maintain connection, for fear of being too much. Each unspoken truth, each withheld boundary, lodged itself in my body. My breath shortened, my lungs contracted and my body collapsed inwards. I made myself smaller because it didn’t feel safe to take up space.
Breathwork is expansion.
It is the first thing we do when we arrive, the last thing we’ll do before we leave our beautiful bodies.
Our breath is about reclaiming our life-force and that life-force energy awakens vitality. Our breath it is the heart of our sensuality, our divinity and a return to our creative power.
