The Invitation
Kundalini energy is understood as being the latent creative life-force energy at the base of the spine. In its dormant state, Kundalini represents the unmanifested creative power of the universe. When awakened, it rises through the chakras along the spine, and may lead to higher states of consciousness.
Energy activation is not about forcing an awakening. I do not transmit energy into you, nor do I activate your Kundalini. Instead, I work with your nervous system to gently clear emotional, energetic, and spiritual blockages, creating the conditions for this intelligence to move if – and when – your system is ready.
This work is led by your body’s innate wisdom. We move deliberately within your window of tolerance, honouring trauma sensitivity, choice, and pacing. By resourcing and preparing the body first, activation becomes a safe, embodied process of integration – not overwhelm.
You harness your own power. Over time, as safety and capacity are cultivated, you learn to work with your energy in a grounded and self-led way.

Experiences vary. Some people feel subtle shifts; others experience emotional release, insight, or spontaneous movement. All responses are welcome and guided safely.

Unlike other modalities, once we have worked to prepare the body to receive activation, the session doesn’t require breath control, movement, or effort.

There is an opportunity for clients to learn how to self-activate safely, empowering ongoing integration beyond sessions, only after assessment and preparation.

It is recommended that you avoid eating for 2-hours prior to the event.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in, layers are also good for staying warm.
It is always a good idea to have a clear intention for the session, something you’d like to release that is no longer serving you (maybe a limiting belief), and something you want to invite in
