Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)

Awaken Without Forcing. Anchored in Safety. Guided by Truth.

A gentle, trauma-aware approach to energy activation that honours readiness, sovereignty, and your body’s innate intelligence.

The Invitation

A woman practicing Kundalini Activation (KAP)healing on a man lying on a mat on a wooden floor, with lush greenery visible outside a covered outdoor space.

A deeply transformative in-person experience designed to awaken your body’s natural intelligence through the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP).

This is a powerful, yet gentle energetic experience that supports a deeper connection to yourself - not through effort or force, but through presence, music, and resonance. Your body is invited to access its own innate capacity for healing, expansion, and insight, exactly in the way it’s ready to.

Each session unfolds uniquely and is entirely personal to you. Experiences may include:
• Deep rest and nervous system regulation
• Emotional release
• Spontaneous movement or stillness
• Visuals, insights, or bodily sensations
• A profound sense of clarity, calm, and inner alignment

No prior experience is needed. You simply lie down, relax, and allow the process to move through you.

  • Science

    • Reduced stress and improved sleep quality

    • Increased energy, focus, and mental clarity

    • Supports emotional processing and trauma integration

     Somatics

    • Release of stored tension and protective armouring

    • Greater body awareness and interoception

    • Improved emotional range without collapse or dissociation

    • A felt sense of safety, presence, and embodiment

     Spirit

    • Deepened intuition and inner guidance

    • Expanded states of awareness and connection

    • Awakening of creative life-force energy

    • A sense of meaning, coherence, and inner alignment

Experiences vary. Some people feel subtle shifts; others experience emotional release, insight, or spontaneous movement. All responses are welcome and guided safely.

  • Unlike other modalities, once we have worked to prepare the body to receive activation, the session doesn’t require breath control, movement, or effort.

    • Small group sessions (4–8 people)

    • Preparing the body and grounding (such as breath, somatic techniques, bodywork)

    • Gentle, informed energy activation

    • Grounding and nervous system integration

    • 1:1 sessions available for deeper personal support

There is an opportunity for clients to learn how to self-activate safely, empowering ongoing integration beyond sessions, only after assessment and preparation.

    • For your comfort and for best results, it is recommended that you do not eat for at least 2-hours prior to the session. If you do plan to eat before participation, it is best to eat light

    • Please wear comfortable clothing this is easy for you to move in (gym / yoga wear is perfect)

    • It is recommended abstaining from drinking alcohol, smoking, or using any substances at least 3 days before and after the session.

    • Please be aware, some clients have reported sleep disturbances the evening before a session or a headache on the day of the session. If you experience these symptoms, this is a good indication your body is preparing for the session.

    • It is always a good idea to have a clear intention for the session, something you’d like to release that is no longer serving you (maybe a limiting belief), and something you want to invite in

    • Group Activations 90 minutes - £45

    • 1:1 Activations 90 minutes - £75

  • You may notice the effects of the practice continuing to unfold over the next few days. It’s also not unusual for emotions, sounds, or physical sensations to arise beyond the session itself. There’s nothing to fix or be concerned about here – maybe it is simply an invitation to notice how the body’s own intelligence and energy are waking up.

Allow yourself to stay present with whatever arises, and to hold space for yourself to feel.

Here are some things to best support your experience:

    • Time - Plan for some downtime for yourself to process immediately after the session. It's best not to avoid having a busy schedule immediately after the session

    • Sensitivity – You may feel more open and sensitive, it could be a good idea to avoid crowded spaces, environments or people that may be too over stimulating

    • Grounding – It can be supportive to spend some time out in nature after the session to rebalance your energy

    • Foods – Your taste and desire for foods may fluctuate after the session. Your body may feel lighter and may seek nourishing, grounding foods such as root vegetables and nuts. It is best to listen to what your body intuitively wants

    • Journalling – you may find it useful to sit with or note what emotions, sensations or feelings arise over the coming days. This is not about analysing, it’s about noticing
