What To Expect
The Space Between Awakening & Surrender
As the Wheel turns and the Full Moon illuminates what is ready to be seen, felt and released, this September we're bringing you something different.
Weaving ancient wisdom with contemporary energetic practice, Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), Reiki and Sound Healing come together as three threads of one deeply immersive 2.5-hour journey.
This deeply experiential journey has been designed to awaken energy, create space for what is ready to move, and gently guide you back into the felt experience of your own aliveness.
Rather than rushing from one practice to the next, sound and safe, consent-led somatic touch become continuous threads of support, holding you throughout the journey.
Sometimes grounding. Sometimes expansive. Sometimes deep and immersive.
Always an invitation to return to yourself.

Yes - this particular event is currently women-only.
This decision is rooted in safety and ethical practice, not exclusion.
The somatic and breath-based work offered in this space can unlock deep emotional and physiological responses. At this time, I am not physically equipped to safely and ethically hold a mixed-gender container alone, particularly when working with the intensity that can arise through trauma-informed somatic practices.
This does not reflect a belief that men’s emotions are dangerous or unwelcome. Men’s emotional depth deserves to be met with the same level of safety, containment, and support.
-
Being trauma-informed means this work is led by safety, consent, and respect for the nervous system. Nothing is forced, rushed, or analysed. Your body sets the pace. Sessions prioritise choice, grounding, and regulation, allowing healing to unfold only where safety is felt.
-
Facilitator approach fully accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), CPD Certified, and aligned with International Breathwork Foundation standards.
