Feeling without collapse

Wholeness is not about being quiet and peaceful, it is about embracing the depth of our emotions without collapse. Peace comes through release, not suppression.

I am an embodiment of my work, you do not need a story to feel with me. This is a felt reminder of the pain caused when integrity and accountability are absent.

This is what regulation looks like. It is not always quiet. But it does not blame.

It is vulnerable. It is exposing. It is deep. But it is also incredibly freeing.

The body remembers before the mind reacts.

Your body reacts to resonance.

In watching this, if sensations, emotions or feelings arise, they are an invitation for you to notice what wants to move through you. 

This may touch a tender place within you that is asking for your warmth. Please sit with whatever rises for you as your own emotion, not something that belongs to me.

Your body is guiding you to something deeper. When you choose to listen, you begin to allow your own waves to ripple through you.

Dear My big beautiful, expansive emotions,

I don't always know what's ready to flow through me...

I feel the spirals and the waves, I flow with you and between you, surfing the depth of my own heart and healing in every moment.

Each of you are a gift, teaching me what it's like to feel truly alive. You show me oneness, and the illusion of separation that divides. 

You do not consume me, you inspire me. You show me where darkness is in need of nourishment and light. My heart opens more deeply with every emotion I allow to flow freely. 

You do not need story or a single origin. You do not need to be understood. You ask to be felt, to be witnesses, to be held.

You are welcomed, wild, free and deep.

The wild fire of my soul raging free.

Alive. Raw. Tender. Powerful.

One Version of My Truth
